General

♡ Commissioning me means you have agreed to all of my terms and conditions.♡ I have the right to deny any request for a commission for any personal reason♡ Commissioned art will be credited to me on all platforms they are used on.♡ I can post WIP's and the final image on my platforms for promotion of my art unless paid hush money.♡ I do not consent to have my art used in AI or NFT.♡ You may not modify or alter my art, or remove my watermarks without my permission.♡ All commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial fees have been paid.♡ There are only 2 revisions during sketch process. Extra revisions will cost a fee.

Payment process

♡ All payments are in EURO, sent via Paypal or Ko-Fi. If Paypal is chosen, you'll be sent an invoice to the email you provided me.♡ Payments upfront!♡The commission begins only after completing the payment in full.♡The payment period is a maximum of 2 days; beyond this period, the invoice will be canceled.♡Payment includes PayPal taxes. Tips are much appreciated!!Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. I do not accept payment plans or split payments. If someone pays for your commission via trade/voucher, you must state it in your commission request.

Refund policy

♡ A full refund can only be requested, if either the commission has not yet been started or has not been completed after 5 months♡ I reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund the full amount of the piece at any time.

Extra Fees Prices

Commercial use usage

Choosing this option grants you the license to utilize your ordered artwork in monetized works, like as Twitch emotes or for merchandise production, with which you can generate revenue. This license does not expire and does not carry any royalty payments to me. Please note that I still retain the copyright for your commissioned artwork.Any usage of the commissioned artwork for uses such as NFT/Crypto-Projects or Generative AI training is not included in this license and will void it for any other future use.

Merch Fee usage

Merch usage refers to the use and inclusion of commissioned artwork in merchandise or products. The inclusion of artwork in merchandise usage typically needs approval from the artist and involves extra charges or a separate agreement.
Some examples of merch usage in commissions include:~Commercial use of artwork on products such as shirts, mugs, bumper stickers, etc.
~Use of artwork in product promotion such as advertisements or social media banners.
~Inclusion of artwork on physical or digital products such as stickers, magnets, calendars, etc.

Rush fee usage

A rush fee is when the client requests priority or expedited service in which the artist completes the commissioned artwork before other commissions ahead in the queue. The rush fee typically depends on several factors, including:~The complexity of the piece
~The length of the current queue list
~The urgency or priority of the client request
~The availability of the artist and their workload Note that some artists may incur an additional handling fee for priority service, so it's best to ask.

Privacy fee usage

Privacy fees are supplemental service that clients or commissioners can request to keep their commissioned artwork and related materials private for a specific period of time.
This fee is intended to compensate the artist for lost opportunities and benefits of displaying the artwork publicly by covering the cost of keeping it confidential.

What's Skeb style?

It comes from a popular Japanese commission site called Skeb.These creative prompts offer a simple arrangement involving a character of your choice being drawn by the assigned artist. No revisions or adjustments are permitted, and communication with the artist is not allowed. The service typically costs less than a traditional commission due to the freedom granted to the artist to compose the work as they see fit. You'll simply receive whatever the artist completes, regardless of whether it meets your expectations or not.I offer a personal deal that allows you to receive a 15% discount on all commissions except those under €15. Please keep this in mind when sending your request.
